The Licensee Shall Arrange, Install, And Maintain All Required Structures At Its Own Cost And Risk. Any Disputes With Local Authorities Or The Municipal Corporation Shall Be Resolved By The Licensee, Without Involving The Railway Administration. Structural Drawings, Electrical Plan Layout And Installation Methodology Shall Be Approved By The Competent Authority Before Installation.
