With Bronze/SS/Chrome, Steel Impeller Dynamic Head; 60-100 MrsMOTOR /PRIME MOVER:Type: Submersible Speed: 2850 RPM Phases: 3 - Phase AC supply 50 Hz Capacity: suitable as per head and dischargeSubmersible motor is water cooled having capacity for above pumping parameters with Head of 100-Meters required at site and working on 3 phases; AC supply ranging from 380±10V, 50 HZ. The motor is sealed by radial rings to avoid mixing of well water with motor filled water. The motor is suitable for operation on voltage and frequency conforming to IS; 585 – 1962 (with latest amendments). The earthing of the motor complies with IS: 3043–1966 (with latest amendments). The thrust bearing of the motor is of adequate size to with stand the weight of all rotating parts as well as the imposed hydraulic thrust and lubricated suitably. The thrust bearing housing is provided with a drain plug to empty the water filled into the thrust bearing housing . The rotor shaft is provided with shaft protecting sleeves having a surface finish of 0.75-micron Ra Max. The motor is provided with bearing attachment like bellows, diaphragm etc. to compensate the volumetric variations due to changes in the temperature. The motor is made of corrosion resisting materials to resist corrosion under normal conditions and the motor has a name plate bearing following information:•Name of manufacturer• Manufactures number and frame• Type of duty• Frequency in Hz.• Number of phases• Rated output in KW/HP• Rated voltage and including connections.• Approximate current in Ampere at rated output• Speed in revolutions per minute at rated output.The pumping unit is to be provided with allied accessories / attachment viz M.S strengthening clamp, pump motor coupling. The job includes P/F of G.I. Nipples 2’ long having one side threaded and the other side fitted with 12 mm thick M.S. Flange by way of welding in double layers. The nipple is fitted with submersible pumping unit other side to be connected with the column pipe as per site requirement. The job includes providing and fitting of interlocking arrangement against any failure of coupling. It is fabricated out of MS strips of suitable strength and length. The job includes proper testing and commissioning of pumping unit on full load at site.Note; Supplier shall have to manage to produce online test certificate from the “OEM” of the Equipment to the Department at the time of supply. The pump is to be fitted with safety Gye-Wire of requisite size from the ground to be attached with the pump-motor assembly, with proper anchoring on ground and with the pumping unit.Note: Executing agency has to supply pumping unit with Head of 100-Meters required at site |
