| 2 | Decoupling of 06 cusec x 08 meter head HC pump and 30 hp motor of unit No. I. by cutting old rusted nuts & bolts with the help of cutter. Then carriage and shifting of dismantled 06 cusec pump, motor of unit no. I by shifting to nearest roadside using manual labour, ropes, chain pulley etc, loading in mechanical transport vehicle and then carriage to workshop for repairs, after complete repairs back shifting of pump, motor and foot valve to site of installation i.e. L.I.S Ismailpur. The job includes labour charges for carriage, shifting, loading and unloading of the dismantled machinery and also hire charges of vehicle to workshop (to & fro). All the tools and tackles are to be arranged by firm, Repairs to 06 cusec pump of unit I at workshop by way of dismantling of top cover of split casing pump, extraction of old and worn out parts /damaged parts i.e. bearings, sleeves, check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Re-building/repair to impeller by way of brazing, filling of pitted vanes and finishing to accurate size. Repair to pump shaft by way of remetalling, turning on lathe and finishing it to accurate size. P/F gland bushes-02Nos check nuts-02Nos., Bearings- 2Nos. Sleeves-02 nos. Repair to pump housing by using epoxy/ metallic composite along with providing of air release valve. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and service of bearing housing along with suitable gland packing and gasket. Fabrication, providing & fitting of new gland plate set as per sample, nuts & bolts as required at site. Providing fitting of new coupling set of unit 1 by way of fabrication of new coupling pulley set as per sample and according to size of motor and shaft, making of key ways (both HC pump and motor side) and then coupling both pump and motor and checking their alignment . Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at site, Repairs to rotor shaft of motor of unit 1, by way of dismantling the motor, providing and fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing sizes, making new keyway of coupling, providing and fitting of bearing end covers, sleeves. Complete greasing of the bearings. Dismantling of the damaged 30HP Motor at workshop for extraction of burnt/damaged windings, cleaning of stator slots and complete rewinding of the motor with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. Providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature ,reassembling of motor in workshop and fitting of pump and motor on base frame by doing proper alignment and giving proper connection from 30 hp motor to panel by thimbling the cable ends and checking it on load conditions. Complete job includes cost of material and labor charges. Repair to choked priming system installed at LIS Ismailpur for priming of pumping units by way of cutting the rusted nuts and bolt of flange and taking out damaged gate valves. Providing and fitting of new gate valves 2.0 inch dia 1no.s, MS bends, foot valve 2.5 inch dia and rubber gaskets, to connect with ball valves and then making proper alignment of valves with delivery side of priming unit. job also includes replacing choked sections by way of cutting them from pipe and welding new pipe in place of rusted pipe at different locations..Complete job includes cost of material, labour, head load charges, hire charges of welding set, transportation and other unforeseen material and work at site. Painting of machinery along with NRV (04 nos.), sluice valves (04nos.), suction line and delivery line for all pumping units (04 nos.) and 01 no. priming unit , base frame of pump sets and motor set (4no.) by first cleaning the surface with the help of sand paper and then applying one coat of primer and two coats of blue/black paint. The job includes electrification of staff quarter by using appropriate aluminium/copper cable ,job also includes providing/fitting of 01 no. 50 watt LED flood light and 06 no. led bulbs to make station operational at night and giving 4 electrical points at pump room and staff quarter .. The job should be executed at site and necessary arrangements are to made by firm for its transportation or repair at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, head load; hire charges of welding set, tools and tackles transportation and other unforeseen incidentals at site. |
