| 1 | Surface dressing in soft / loose soil not exceeding 15 cm deep of installation/sub station area by clearing all the grass weeds, creepers, sapling shrubs bushes etc. from underroots and trees in fencing and surrounding area of installation building and maintaing throughout the contract period and removing upto distance of 50 mtr out the periphery of area under cleanness including levelling of the area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass. (ii) T & P required for this job to be brought by the contractor. |
| 2 | Cutting tree branches, any girth, below, top and around the HT OH line and clearing not less than two mtrs around the line and keeping the line clearance through out the contract period by trimming the branches repeatedly as many times as required depending on the growth of new branches including clearing the site by depositing the branches to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays or water supply pipes lines etc, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 7 | M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Only Punned down thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured and paid. |
