2Provide and fixing 600 mm Ductile Iron double flanged manually operated PD type Sluice Valve 600mm DI ISI Sluice Valve PN1.6 Flanged FF IS 1538 Tbl 4and6 , Ductile Iron Body and Wedge ,Shaft :-SS410 ,Seat :Bronze,Wedge Ring :Bronze, Hand Wheel Operation Generally IS :14846, having body ,door ,dome ,gland in graded cast iron to IS :1865 Gr400/15, four face and spindle nut of LTB to IS 318gr LTB 2, Inside Screw non rising stainless steel AISI-410 spindle ,vcalve suitable for a maximum working pressure of 16kg/cm2 (seat test) and body test to 24kg/cm2. Flanged drilled to IS 1538 table 5and6 valve tested by closed end method only
