| 3 | Sweeping and cleaning of departmental buildings such as Sub-Division Office, Work shop, Guest house and its surrounding areas, assisting Electrical and water supply repairs in Residential and Non Residential Buildings, Jetty etc. excluding cost of cleaning materials which will be provided by department on free of cost but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools & plants etc., complete. (For 1 year) |
| 4 | Attending mooring and de-mooring Ships called at Eastern side jetty at Minicoy including tying / removing ropes on Bollards, fixing gangway on side of ship with nylone net and necessary slings, transporting the required rope, gangway from shore to jetty, handling gangway for safety of Passengers, assisting JCB Lift All Crane operator, removing gangway with nylone net before sailing of ship returning the materials to ALHW store after completion, excluding hire charges of JCB Crane which will be provided by the department on free of hire charges, but including all labour charges, operator and minor tools etc., complete.
