| 1 | Lifting the scrapper feeder with the help of hydraulic pack to required height to dismantling the worn-out rails, as directed by the Engineer in-charge including consumables and T&P's. |
| 2 | Dismantling the existing rails from the base plate, removing by means of gas cutting, dismantling the MS lugs by means of gas cutting, transporting the scraps from site and devoluted to stores including consumables and T&P’s. |
| 3 | Laying MS lugs so as to provide MS plate using 12mm dia RTS rod, place it at an interval of 50cm centre, distances, levelling aligning the lugs as per the direction of Engineer in-charge including consumables and T&P’s. |
| 4 | Laying the rail base plate over the MS lugs setting aligning the top surface using sprit level and water level weld with MS lugs including consumables and T&P’s. |
| 5 | Laying the C50 Mn1 Steel 50x50 square bar over the base plate setting, aligning to suit the site condition maintain straightness along the length welding the rails with base plate on two side again aligning and finishing including consumables and T&P’s. |
| 6 | Dismantling the existing travelling rail of the scrapper feeder and clinker grinder after breaking the concrete and replacing the rails of 4 metre length and filling with concrete and consumables and T&P’s. |
| 7 | Dismantling of corroded portions of the Power pack in and the removal and devolution of scraps including consumables and T&P’s. |
| 8 | Fabrication and erection of Power pack and supporting structure including consumables and T&P’s. (Material will be supplied by TNPGCL) |
| 9 | Leading, Lifting and Transportation of Iron and steel materials, from stores to site, including all hire charges for mobile crane including consumables and T&P’s. |
