| 1 | Dismantling Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs etc,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 2 | Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement,Five sand and ten metal) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly (ISI) for foundation and flooring including dewatering if found necessary and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 3 | Removing loose and deteriorated joint material from the existing fountain tiles and cleaning the ‘V’ grooves along all tile joints by scraping, wire brushing and removing dust, dirt, cement slurry, stains, algae and other foreign particles, followed by thorough cleaning and drying of the joints. The prepared joints shall be filled with two-component, waterproof, epoxy-based tile joint filler of approved make such as STARLIKE, ROFF or equivalent, mixed and applied strictly as per the manufacturer's recommendations. The filler shall be fully compacted into the joints and finished flush with the tile surface, with excess material removed without damaging the existing tiles. After adequate setting/curing, the treated surface shall be cleaned and made ready for filling and operation of the fountain. The rate shall include all materials, labour, tools, surface preparation, cleaning, mixing, application, finishing, curing/setting, removal and disposal of debris and all incidental works, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 4 | Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) |
