| 1 | Design, manufacturing, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of indoor type, medium duty class M4, electrically operated travelling (EOT) overhead crane, double girder box type, conforming to IS 3177 (latest applicable edition) and IS 807 (latest applicable edition), suitable for handling SWL 20.0 metric tonnes (MT) complete with cabin, structural, mechanical , electrical control system including runway rail on existing Gantry girder /runway beams on both side over RCC/steel column brackets including taking down old crane of any description , capacity & deposit the same in MES store yard. The crane shall be suitable for operation on 415 V ±10%, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC supply with centre-to-centre clear span approximately 20m, subject to verification of actual site dimensions. The crane shall comprise crab/trolley, end carriages, LT and CT mechanisms, necessary steel supporting arrangements, floor-operated movable pendant push-button control independent of crab/trolley position, protective control panel, shrouded DSL/current collector system, trailing/control cables and all necessary accessories/equipment. The crane shall be suitably painted with appropriate primer and finishing coats, all as per approved OEM design, applicable Indian Standards and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
