| 1 | Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | M & L for 15 mm thick rendering into two layers consisting 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 followed by 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note WPC shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 3 | M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of cement concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed . |

| 5 | M&L for Clean all concrete/Masonry surfaces thoroughly and remove laitance, dust, dirt, cavities, projecting nibs, and other loose or deleterious materials by using a grinder and wire brush. Remove all unsound concrete and screed from the affected areas. Repair damaged minor cracks by cutting a V-groove (min 6 mm x 6mm) along the crack line and filling it with a polymer-modified mortar using Fosroc Renderoc CS or equivalent, mixed at a water-cement (W/C) ratio of 0.36, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth surface and making good any undulation on the surface complete scaffolding with use MS Steel pipe and forming platform in each floor for working in high rise building with safety belt and necessary additional support shall be provided for all around the building for scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of ceiling, applying three coat of white wash on the surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per site requirement including scaffolding with use MS Steel pipe and forming platform in each floor for working in high rise building with safety belt and necessary additional support shall be provided for all around the building for scaffolding complete upto 4th floor complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instruction.Note:1) Columns, Beams and Chajja to be painted different colour as per direction of Engr-in-Charge2) Contractor should submit warrenty certificate for 5 years from manufacturer. |
