| 2 | Operation of 7 S.T.P’s 650 KLD capacity in all the shifts ensuring effective flow of effluents including running of all the connected pumps, valves etc., located within the premises, cleaning of inlet chambers, grit chamber, coarse screen chamber, secondary clarifier Lander, Collection sump, raw sewage sumps, aeration tank etc., depositing of waste, collection of sludge from anaerobic chamber by sewage suction machine, loading, stacking of the same, keeping the premises clean by jungle clearance monthly etc, including all labour charges, transportation of tools, complete as directed by the Engineer and safe guarding the equipment.--- 7 nos. |
| 3 | Sample testing : collection of all inlet and out let efficient samples and testing of each sample for pH, colour, door, Turbidity, total hardness, Calcium, total Dissolved Solids, total Suspended Solids, Chemical Oxygen, Demand, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Sulphates, Residual Free Chlorine, Ammonical Nitrogen, Total Alkalinity, Total Coliform, E coli and getting MOEF, NABL,OHSAS, ISO, ACCREDIDATION, LABORATORY, cost including for sampling, transportation and labour charges etc as directed by Engineer/ required by HMWSSB.--- 7 nos. |

| 5 | Comprehensive maintenance, servicing, testing & putting in service i.e. including supply & replacement of all the spare parts, consumable & non consumable materials etc. required for it for different types & capacities of air blower sets, pump sets and all other electro- mechanical equipment. 1).comprehensive maintenance of blower sets winding (motors)-18 No’s, servicing& checking, replacement of bearings, bushes, grease ropes, along with all its accessories. 2). Lubricating oil as per OEM, measuring control, oil, grease etc. 3). V-belts, nut, bolts, vibration pads, seal, air filter, pressure gauges, oil, seal, shaft, coupling, coupling pins, air valve, NRV etc. 4).comprehensive maintenance of pump sets winding (motors)-18 No’s, servicing& checking, replacement of bearings, bushes, grease ropes, along with all its accessories. 5). Comprehensive maintenance of control of electrical panel, starters, checking the under vibration and rectification, replacements of relays, timers, push buttons, MCB’s, main & individual switches etc. ---- 7 nos.
