| 2 | Disconnect the electric line from the motor & shifting from its own position after opening out the motor coupling. Dismantling & open out the cooling water line & plugging the same before open out the line from the pump as per direction of EIC. |

Dismantling & open out of discharge Tee & keep it safe place on the station floor. Dismantling & open out the assembled components (coloum pipe) part by part from the pump body & keep it at suitable place on the station floor. Dismantling & open out the pump shaft, diffuser, bell mouth impeller etc. & keep it safe place on the station floor. |

| 14 | Supply of lubricating oil for thrust bearing housing for cooling purpose by servo prime industrial turbine oil no- 68. |
| 15 | Straightening of impeller shaft & all intermediate shafts along with balancing of impeller as per the rated RPM of the pump ie- 987rpm. |
| 16 | Thorough painting with anti-corrosive paints on column pipe, shaft, enclosing tubes etc. |
| 17 | Assembly all parts of pump unit part by part like bearing housing, stuffing box, discharge Tee, coloum pipe, pump shaft, coupling, guird pipe, diffuser, impeller & bell mouth. Lower down the bell mouth, diffuser (entire bowl assembly), coloum pipe etc. installation of pump with proper alignment complete. |
