| 1 | Attending operation and routine maintenance of electrical installations for two shifts in a day i.e. switching ON/OFF all the switchgear controls inside the panel rooms, internal & external LED lights, checking all the electrical installations provided in SPT viz. domestic water transfer and booster pumps, repairs and replacement of fused tubes, bulbs, power packs, switches, sockets, area lights and accessories etc. as and when required. The rate is inclusive of wages, Lodging and Boarding charges, GST, EPF, ESIC, LWC and bonus to the employee. In addition contractor should provide two set of personal protection equipments (PPE) viz. High-visibility clothing, hard hats (helmets), and safety shoes which are mandatory for protection.[One day = 2 Nos. (First Shift - 1 SM Second Shift 1 SSM)] |
| 2 | Attending periodical repair, servicing and maintenance to ELV installations viz. CCTV & Surveillance system, Public Addressing System, Automatic Fire Detection System etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of transportation charges, wages, Lodging and Boarding charges, GST, EPF, ESIC, LWC to the employee. A team comprising 2 technicians should visit once in two months for attending the requisite works and to ensure proper troublefree operation of all ELV systems.
