| 11 | Removal of the existing panel board and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of a new cubicle-type, dust- and vermin-proof, wall-mounted, front-operated indoor LT panel board, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, complete with concealed hinges, neoprene gasket, panel locks and all necessary accessories. The entire sheet steel work shall be treated through a seven-tank process and powder-coated with Siemens Grey matt finish.The panel shall comprise 1 No. 630 A, 4-Pole, 36 kA MCCB incomer and 3 Nos. 400 A, 4-Pole, 36 kA MCCB outgoing feeders, with suitably rated copper busbars. R-Y-B phase indication with control MCB, and multifunction metering for the incomer and outgoing feeders, 4 Nos. in total, with RS-485 communication facility suitable for integration with the Energy Management System (EMS), complete with suitable size CTs(included). CT test reports issued by KSEB or an approved testing agency shall be submitted.The work shall include dismantling and removal of the existing panel board, shifting of dismantled materials to the designated location, necessary reconnection of existing cables, internal wiring, control wiring, terminals, supports, labelling, earthing and all other necessary materials and accessories required for complete installation.(Site visit is recommended). |
