The welding of flanges should be as per IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 with required number of nuts and bolts as per IS:1369-1967 & compressed asbestos fibre gasket sheet not less than 3mm in thickness as per IS:2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. |
