Name of Work:- PROVIDING AND FIXING 3MM THICK ACP SHEET ON EXISTING M.S. FRAME (CH TO: MAINTENANCE OF ROADS UNDER C-10 SUB DIVISION)

1Providing & Fixing 3mm thick ACP Sheet on existing M.S. Frame after dismantling the existing damaged sheet with aluminium alloy steel riverts at suitable intervals on single side of frame. The front side of sheet shall have retro reflective micro prismatic sheet type IV (HIP) text ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message ,symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01and matter should be screen printed with transparent ink as per IRC : 67:2001. The cost further includes fabrication upto Any height & fixing on existing M.S. frame complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
