| 1 | The work shal include complete replacement of defective/aged wiring, proper dressing and termination, circuit identification, testing and commissioning to ensure reliable operation of all associated protection, alarm, indication and cooling control circuits of the 315 MVA Transformer with including cost of man, misc. consumables, T&P etc. to complete the job satisfactorily. |
| 2 | Dismantling of existing damaged/aged control cables and wiring from the Marshalling Box of 315 MVA Transformer, including identification, tagging and safe removal of wiring connected with PRV, Buchholz Reley, WTI, OTI and Fan/Pump circuits. |
| 3 | Laying and dressing of new suitable control cables/wires from the Marshalling Box to PRV, Buchholz Reley, WTI, OTI and Fan/Pump Control circuits, including ferruling, tagging and proper routing. |
| 4 | Termination of new wiring at Marshalling Box, PRV, Buchholz Reley, WTI, OTI and Fan/Pump Panels/equipment, including suitable lugs, glands, ferrules, terminals and accessories. |
| 5 | Replacement/repair of terminal blocks, cable glands and associated wiring accessories, wherever required including proper tightening and connection. |
| 6 | Testing and commissioning of complete control wiring, including continuity, insulation resistance, functional checking and verification of PRV, Buchholz Reley, WTI, OTI and Fan/Pump alarm, trip and control circuits. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing of suitable rated MCB, Contractor, Overload Relay and associated control/protection accessories for the fan and oil pump circuits of 315 MVA Power Transformer, including necessary wiring, connections testing and commissioning, complete in all respects. |
