| 1 | Providing and laying/fitting in position of below mentioned cables of IS reputed make for below mentioned capacities at D/W Chadali:Single core aluminium cables:• 240 mmsq. 40 Mtrs in length or more as per site reqt from main switch to voltage stabilizer.• 120 mmsq. 30 Mtrs in length or more as per site reqt from Voltage stabilizer to LT Panel.• 70mm sq. 80 Mtrs in length or more as per site reqt from the LT control panel to HC motors.Single core Copper cable:• 2.5 mm sq.10 Mtrs in length or more as per site reqt, • 1.5 mm sq.60 Mtrs in length or more as per site reqt. Job also includes providing and fitting of thimbles of appropriate size and the number of thimbles are as per site requirement, job includes making of connections using appropriate thimbles, insulation, clamps, taping, nuts /bolts at site. Complete job includes cost of material (cables and thimbles), labor charges (skilled and semi-skilled), carriage to &fro charges etc. Submersible cable:• 6 mm sq. 20 mtrs in length or more as per site requirement.Providing and fitting of cables along with thimbles of appropriate size (or as per the site requirement during the execution of the job) for D/W Chadali (which is around 35-40 km from the division office). The Job includes patching of the submersible cable of motor by using patch rolls and insulation tape to make water proof for lowering of submersible pump unit. Testing of submersible pump set on full load by making connections of 6 mm sq. submersible cable of motor pump set with the panel or starter and checking/high testing of all the electro mechanical connections. The Job also includes providing and fitting of flood lights- 02 No. outside the dug well. Complete job includes cost of material (cables and thimbles), labor charges (skilled and semi-skilled), carriage to &fro charges etc. Complete job at D/W Chadali (Dansal).The Job also includes shifting of 100 KVA capacity voltage stabilizer from Dug Well Kahpota to P/S Telli Mohalla which is situated on the Hill top near IIT Nagrota, Jammu (approximate distance between these stations is 30 km). The scope of work also includes the shifting of T.Oil Barrel (which is taken from the divisional store) from Divisional office/store to the P/S Telli Mohalla (approximate distance between them is 20-25 km). Further the job includes Refilling of reconditioned T-oil and Topping up of oil to the required level. Assembling of equipments at site, installation in position of the stabilizer, making of connections at input and outside by way of providing and fitting of new thimbles at cable ends and including insulations, fasteners and other accessories required for ensuring safe and proper connections. After installation, the equipment shall be tested under no-load, partial-load, and full-load conditions, with periodic observation and monitoring of all relevant electrical and operational parameters to ensure satisfactory functioning.Testing of equipment on no load, full load, partial load with periodic observation for all connected parameters. The complete job shall include all necessary skilled and semi-skilled labour charges, carriage and transportation charges for shifting the equipment (including manual handling wherever required), hiring charges of crane and other lifting equipment, and all allied mechanical and electrical works necessary for the successful execution and commissioning of the voltage stabilizer at Pumping Station Telli Mohalla.
