| 1 | Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil in all kinds of soils, soft and hard rocks and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 2 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size), in or under water in Drain, Edge Wall and open foundation for all type of structure and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 3 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 4 | Providing and laying factory made 80mm thick chamfered edge Cement Concerete Paver Block of NTC/ PRIME-Crete / NITCO/GICO make in roads or heavy traffic parking etc, of required strength M-40, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick required compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks, vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 5 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto one Point five sand isto three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water for Locking of Pavers Block including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD Technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 6 | Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels as shown in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 21.832 cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs.300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.
