Sl. No. Item Description
1Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 g/L as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.
2Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
3Providing Water based glossy paint (Green certified product) to Kerb Stones as per IS 164:2015 technical specifications including cleaning & surface preparation.
4Providing Graffiti paint with MURAL ART work, including cost of cleaning, removing all dirts and dusts, water washing, painting with good quality paint over a priming coat, painting art works, scaffolding work, labour charges, transportation charges and all other incidental charges complete as directed by the department.
