| 2 | Providing and laying self levelling epoxy floor finish with varying thickness from minimum 20 to 25mm including preparation of the surface by cleaning and etching concrete/steel surface,applying a coat of approved Primer in proportion as per manufacture's specification over which laying a Screed mixed with Quartz/Silica sand mix no: 10 with approved Resin & Hardner as binder and as per manufacurer's specification. The top screed shall be finished with seal coat as per manufacturer's specifications and laying of minimum 1mm thick of approved colour self levelling compound all as per manufacturer's specification as approved by EIC. The rate shall include cleaning, providing formwork with suitable supporting arrangements to proper alingment and level etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 1. Compressive strength of the Floor Screed Shall be minimum of 30 N/mm2. Testing shall be done as per IS 9162 : 1979 (Reaffirmed 2017). Testing charges shall be borne by the contractor.2. The Pot life shall not be less than 30 to 40 minutes at 25°C |
