Tender For Provision For The Construction, Operation, And Transfer Of Gantry Gates At Jabalpur And Madan Mahal Railway Stations. On These Gantry Gates, 50% Of The Total Available Display Time—Utilizing Led Or Other Advanced Digital Moving Display Media—Shall Be Allocated For Commercial Advertisements, While The Remaining 50% Shall Be Reserved For The Display Of Railway-Related Information. A Total Of 02 (Two) Gantry Gates Are To Be Installed And Maintained: 02 (Two) At Various Locations Within The Circulating And Non-Circulating Areas Of Jabalpur Railway Station, And 01 (One) At Madan Mahal Railway Station, For A Period Of 05 (Five) Years, To Be Used For Displaying Commercial Advertisements And Railway-Related Information. In Addition To Advertisements, The Licensee Shall, At Their Own Expense, Display Railway-Related Information—As Approved By The Railway Authority—Covering 50% Of The Total Display Area. Furthermore, Advertisements May Be Displayed Via Hoardings And Unipole Structures At Suitable Locations Within The Non-Circulating Areas Of Jabalpur City. This Includes Railway Land Situated Along Railway Tracks, Railway Colonies, Railway Schools, Level Crossings, And Other Railway Premises. Details Of These Locations Are Provided In The Attached Documents Concerning Asset Locations. The Sites Identified And Listed In These Documents Shall Be Considered The Minimum Designated Locations For This Purpose. Additional Suitable Sites For The Installation Of Advertising Structures May Also Be Allocated To The Licensee, Subject To The Approval Of The Competent Authority And Compliance With All Applicable Safety Standards (As Per The Attached Jpo) And Railway Regulations. The Allocation Of Such Additional Sites Shall Be Carried Out On A Pro-Rata Basis, In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Stipulated In The Contract. Displaying Advertisements Via Hoardings And Unipole Structures At Suitable Locations Within The Non-Circulating Areas Of Rewa, Satna, Katni, And Sagar Railway Stations. This Includes Railway Land Situated Along Railway Tracks, Railway Colonies, Railway Schools, Level Crossings, And Other Railway Premises. Details Of These Locations Are Provided In The Attached Documents Concerning The Sites. The Locations Identified And Listed In The Attached Documents Shall Be Considered The Minimum Designated Sites For This Purpose. Additional Suitable Locations Available For The Installation Of Advertising Structures May Also Be Allotted To The Licensee, Subject To The Approval Of The Competent Authority And Compliance With All Applicable Safety Standards (As Per The Attached Jpo) And Railway Regulations.
