| 2 | The Pricing document of Price Bid Submission Sheet (PBS) shall be read in conjunction with Instructions to Bidders (ITB), General and Particular Conditions, and Employer’s Requirements (General Specifications & Particular Specifications). |
| 3 | Bidder shall note that prices shall be quoted against each item in the Pricing document of Price Bid Submission Sheet (PBS), The contract price shall be inclusive of all Central/State/Local Taxes (except GST which will be paid extra as applicable), duties, levies, cess and all other incidental charges required to fulfill the bid conditions including statutory deductions viz., TDS towards Income Tax/GST/Labour Cess and any other taxes etc. and except Customs duty. The term ‘Customs Duty’ in these Bid documents shall be read as ‘Customs Duties minus admissible Input tax credit amounts. Customs Duty and GST will be paid on production of Documentary evidence. For further details please refer Clause 14.1 of Particular Conditions (PC) Part B. |

| 5 | Bidder shall note that total price mentioned in Bid Total of Appendix-A of Pricing Document of Price Bid Submission Sheet (PBS) and BOQ total price must be equal. In case of discrepancies Lump-Sum Price stated in BoQ1 Sheet in Figures shall prevail. |
| 6 | The rates and prices to be quoted in the Pricing Document are for completed and finished items of work and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, contractor’s profit and establishment/overheads, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. |
| 7 | Bidder shall note that the Part-1 of Price Bid Submission Sheet (PBS) is only instructions for completing the pricing document, whereas Part-II of Price Bid Submission Sheet (PBS) is required to be prepared as price bid and submit along with their bid by the bidder. |
| 8 | The bidder shall submit unpriced list of spares for maintenance of supplied system in the format as per FORM LOS-1 in Technical Bid and priced list for the same in the Price Bid. The Employer may, during a period of ten years from the date of taking over of the whole works, purchase as many spare parts as required by him, at the rates indicated in ‘Form LOS-1’ submitted with the price bid. However, due to any reason(s), if the bidder is not able to submit unpriced list of spares for maintenance of supplied system in the format as per FORM LOS-1 in Technical Bid and priced list for the same in the Price Bid, Bidder shall submit an undertaking in the format as per FORM LOS-2 in the Technical Bid. The rates of these spares (FORM LOS 1) will not be considered for Bid evaluation while assessing the L1 bidder. For detailed information Additional Clause-2 of PC Part-B may be referred. |
