| 1 | Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50 mm average thickness. |

| 3 | Providing and applying bonding agent of Sika, BASF , Chryso Fosroc,of approved by engineer- in- charge. bonding agent which shall be a solvent free epoxy based two component resin system . The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 5-6 hrs at 20 deg C & 2-3 hrs at 30 deg C. The product shall achieve 50 N/mm2 compressive strength, 20 N/mm2 tensile strength, 35 N/mm2 flexural strength and 10 N/mm2 shear strength as per BS 6319 standards. The adhesive bond to the concrete substrate shall exceed the tensile strength of the host concrete etc. all complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. It shall not be used in the influence zone of the anodes in case of installation in the periphery of patch. No bond coat shall be applied in case of installation in a grid pattern. |
| 4 | Providing and applying dual shrinkage compensated fiber reinforced polymer modified repair mortar Sika, BASF , Chryso Fosroc, make of approved by engineer- in- charge. on the prepared surface and curing with curing compound.The repair mortar used shall be single component and shall be mixed with water at water powder ratio of 0.16 and shall have drying shrinkage < 300 microstrain as per ASTM C 157-93; permeability < 5mm as per DIN 1048 Part 5 ; compressive strength > 70 MPa ; Flexural Strength > 9Mpa as per BS 6319 ; RCPT < 1800 Coulumbs and Class A1 fire rating as per EN 1504-3 Cl 5.5 etc. 35 mm(Average) all complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per existing pattern. |

The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, curing, etc., as per the direction with satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |

The prepared paste is applied over the prepared concrete surface to get an even concrete profile etc. all complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. |

| 17 | Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical means, including loading ,transporting and unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 kms lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Weighing and unloading at plant shall be as per procedures/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, lead and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by department on production of only original cash receipts.
