| 1 | Following preventive and R&M works are to be carried out for ACDB: |
| 2 | Maintenance & Servicing of 415V AC main switch board (Bus bar panel, incomer panel, Bus coupler, metering and control panel) which includes the work of testing/checking of all circuit breakers (MCBs, MCCBS, ACBs), relays, calibration of ammeter and voltmeters and selector switches by manually operating and checking for smooth operation, no sticking and proper tripping, overhauling of air circuit breakers (3 nos.), tightning of all nuts/bolts of switchboard panels and replacement of worn out AL lugs, ferrules, wires of required size & ratings as per requirement. |
| 3 | Maintenance & Servicing of 415V AC Distribution board which includes the work of testing/checking of all circuit breakers (MCBs, MCCBS, ACBs), relays, calibration of ammeters and voltmeters and selector switches by manually operating and checking for smooth operation, no sticking and proper tripping, overhauling of air circuit breakers (4 nos.), tightning of all nuts/bolts of switchboard panels and replacement of worn out AL lugs, ferrules, wires of required size & ratings as per requirement. |

| 5 | Providing and replacement of worn out MCBs having current ratings of 63 A, 3P including proper termination with good quality al lugs. |
| 6 | Providing and replacement of worn out MCBs having current ratings of 20 A, 3P including proper termination with good quality al lugs. |
| 7 | Providing and replacement of faulty ampere meter for 415V AC Main switch board. |
| 8 | Checking continuity of all earth connections, inspection of earth strips/wires for corrosion or breaks and verify bonding of all metallic parts. Testing of earth leakage current at every earthing point. |
| 9 | Cleaning of all ACDB panels with vacuum cleaner fitted with a soft brush to thoroughly remove dust, dirt and carbon deposits. Clean all terminals and busbar joints with CRC contact cleaner spray (or equivalent). |
| 10 | Following preventive and R&M works are to be carried out for DCDB: |
| 11 | Maintenance & Servicing of DCDB (Bus bar panel, incomer panel, Bus coupler, mtering and relay panel) which includes testing/checking of all Circuit Breakers (MCBs, MCCBs) by manual On/Off operation for somoothness and no sticking, calibration of ammeter and voltmeters, visual inspection of all DC fuses for discoloration, blistering, corrosion or blown, checking of fuse holders for contact integrity, checking of continuity on spare fuses (if applicable), replacement of fuses showing thermal damage even if not blown, tightning of all nuts/bolts of panels and replacement of worn out AL lugs, ferrules, wires of required size & ratings as per requirement. |

| 17 | (i) Cleaning of all terminal blocks, wiring ducts, cable alleys gland plates and apply CRC on all contacts.(ii) Removal of rust, cobwebs, moisture deposits and contaminants from panels and components.(iii) Visual inspection of BMK enclosure for damage, corrosion, cracks or deformation.(iv) Checking of BMK enclosure including door alignment, hinges, and locking arrangements and rectify the same as per requirement.(v) Replacement/repair of damaged door gaskets to ensure dust and weather protection.(vi) Repair/replacement of gland plates and sealing arrangements to prevent ingress of dust/water.(vii) Checking and tightening of all control wiring connections.(viii) Ferruling correction/replacement for proper identification of wires.(ix) Replacement of damaged, brittle, or overheated wires.(x) Checking and tightening of BMK earthing connections.(xi) Removal of corrosion from earthing strips and application of anti-corrosive compound.(xii) Checking, testing, and replacement of space heaters if required.(xiii) Sealing of openings to prevent entry of insects, reptiles and rodents. |

| 23 | Following preventive and R&M works are to be carried out for Electric Fencing:. |
| 24 | Inspection & Cleaning: (i)Thorough inspection of the entire electric fencing system (approx 950 RMT) for identification of physical damage, sagging or misalignment of fence wires including fence lines, posts, insulators and energizer units.(ii) Cleaning of fence wires to remove vegetation and contaminants affecting performance.(iii) Clearing of bushes, grass and vegetation along the fence line to prevent leakage and short circuits.(iv) Tightening and re-tensioning of fence wires to maintain proper alignment and sag limits.(v) Jointing and reconnection of snapped wires using proper connectors.(vi) Checking and alignment of fence posts and support structures.(vii) Testing of fence alarm system for intrusion or wire break detection. |
