| 5 | Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-87-2012providing and fuing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per 2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clau clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting 15 as per IRC 67. mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The Retro reflective sheeting shal be tested for certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and furgus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shul be obtained from International Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition witrin 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a repured laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally, in such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathening of the sheeting as per IRC 67 2012. Legends letters numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender 60 cm Circular with diffinitation plate (20cm X 60cm) as per MORT&H-801 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.
