2Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 meter in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth up to 1.5 meter including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 meter. From cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in 80% dense All Kinds of Soil & 20% ordinary rock. All kinds of soil 50%

4Providing & laying dry stone solling including ramming, dressing etc complete in foundations and under floors,including carriage & head load
5Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in (1:3:6) mix using 20mm nominal size of aggregate.
6Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @3.28 litre/10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint @2.20 kg/10sqm including BP No. on all Pillars with writing of Geo-locations (Exterior finishing)
7Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for in Foundations, footings, bases for columns.
8Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport from Source upto dumping site of work. Sand average lead 35 kmts
9Bajri average lead 35 kmts
10Cement average lead 35 kmts
11Pre-cast BP average lead 35 kmts
12Carriage of material by Head load from dumping site upto site of work (Tough Terrain with 70% average slope). Sand average Lead 1200 mts
