Separate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. The work orders are to be priced at rates given in CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates DSR 2025 for E&M Works and DSR-2023 for Civil Works and / or as per Annexure-II duly adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. |
| 7 | [d] Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess / Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. |
