1Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
2Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface Water thinnable cement primer.
3Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
4Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade two or more coats on old works.
5Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.
6Renewing of glass pane 4.0 mm thick incl glowed with oil putty and fixed in GI pin and glass putty.
