Grease separator plant should be made of Stainless Steel 304grade thickness - 1.5mm for longer life. dimension 2400x1200x1200mm (L, W & Ht). The grease separator should be cleaning via shaft manhole cover emptying via suction line nominal dia min 65mm and nominal pressure with 10kg with coupling for two side thread connection 100/100mm for suction line , fire hose quick coupling 75B and 2 1/2 blank cap and counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75B and 2 1/2 blank cap. Top cover should be made by concrete frame with cast iron cover having clear opening of minimum 600mm dia . The cover should be odour-free when closed. The cover should be manufactured to meet 105 ton load class requirement, Grease separator plant should gas pipe provision. Note :- (a) The rate shall be included for supply, installation, and provide three day training for oparation, function, cleaning, refixing and transportation (b) Rate includes making good for all damages of exististing services like cable, sewage line, drains etc. |
