Cable of size upto 300 sqmm 3.5 core entry/out from bottom confirming to degree of protection IP-65, gasketing of PU foam gasket ensuring IP protection from temperature with stand by capacity 40 to 80 degree celsius and locking arrangements. LT panel mounted on 02 Nos, PCC/RCC pillar including excavation and earth work (PCC 1:2:4) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-charge.The LT Panel should be pre-wired proper spacing to accommodate all accessories, cable connection with suitable size of lugs/thimbles and cable glands comprising of the following :-(a) Aluminium bus bar 3 phase and neutral 600 Amps, 415 volts, fixed horizontally, duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves in colour code - 01 Set. (b) Multifunction meter with communication ports RS 485/232, 5 display, class-1 - 01 set (c) Indication lamps R,Y,B LED type - 01 Set (a) Incoming :- (i) Incomer of the panel having MCCB 440 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz complete with adjustable type 4 pole 400 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu 36 KA at 415 volt, CTs, meters and cable boxes - 01 No, Digital Multifunction Meter (Accuracy class 0.5) with LCD display for measuring of current, voltage, power, power-factor, energy parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Maximum Demand Indication etc and shall have RS-485 port for communication on Modbus protocol – 01 No, CTs ratio 600/5 A, Class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three, Indicating lamp- 01 set of three & Aluminium bus bar of rating 600 Amp, 4 pole, mounted on SMC insulator- set of four.
