| 1 | Material and labour for camouflage painting of the old painted steel sheet surfaces (wall/roof) of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of premium quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer being dirty surface in camouflage pattern, on steel/AC sheet surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Camouflage finishes second coat shall be carried out after 24 hours, (ii) Pattern, shape and size approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Painting work carried out by manually with painting brush.(iv) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures is deemed included and No any extra charge will be admissible. (v) No jhoola is permitted for the work under any circumstances. (vi) Contractor must be submitted original purchase voucher alongwith the newly supplied sealed paint. No payment will be released without submission of the purchase voucher. |
| 2 | Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls/AC sheet by washing, rubbing down and stooping of Cement Base Paint or any colour and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Camouflage finishes second coat shall be carried out after 24 hrs , (ii) Pattern, shape and size approved by engr in charge. (iii) Painting work carried out by manually with painting brush.(iv) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures without any extra charge. | 3 | Taking down cement plaster on walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and rubbish off from site of work and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. |
