| 2 | Providing RCC Patch up work for 30mm thick in ceiling and beam which includes: a) Chipping out the damaged RCC for an average depth of 30mm and cleaning the surface thoroughly free of all dusts and clearing the debries away from site. b) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c) Providing and fixing 75mm x 50mm (3mm thick) weld mesh in the damaged portions. d)Applying One coat of Nitobond AR mixed with cement slurry in the ratio of 1:1 over the concrete surface, including cost of all materials, labours lead lift etc., complete. e) Patch up work with RCC 1:1.5:3 for 30mm thick using 6 to 10mm jelly including adding Nitobond AR or equivalent at 100ml/bag of cement including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing etc. complete. |
