Loosening and removal of DE and NDE bearing assembly including Shaft bushing, packing ring, sealing water distribution ring, stuffing box gland, stuffing box housing outer bearing cap, shaft seal ring, felt sealing rings, retaining ring, grease slinger, inner bearing cap, bearing housing, cylindrical roller bearing using pulling tool and heating methods in horizontal position, Assembling of DE and NDE bearing assembly Intercepting plate, valve plate, inspection doors DE and NDE in the Main vacuum pump in horizontal position
2Replacing the existing Main vacuum Pump 4A with spare pump Removal of suction, discharge and allied pipe lines from the vacuum Pump 4A, loosening and removal of MVP 4A from its position and repositioning the spare pump and assembling the coupling, suction, discharge allied pipe lines and aligning the motor with the pump
3Overhauling of Beacon Rotork actuator model K- 300.
