Bids Are invited for Annual Maintenance Service - Audio Conferencing System - As Per Tender Document; As Per Tender Document; Neither Oem Nor Asp - Deployment Of A Qualified Engineer (01 No.) For Supervision, Monitoring And Coordination Of The Round-The-Clock Operation Of The Audio-Video (Av) System At Udaan Bhawan, Including Coordination Of Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Ensuring System Availability And Continuity Of Operations And Coordination With The Concerned Agencies For Timely Resolution Of Faults. The Engineer Shall Ensure Proper Functioning Of The Av System In Accordance With The Special Conditions Of Contract (Scc). The Av Equipment Inventory Available At Site Is Provided In Annexure Inv At Page Inv-1 To Inv-9. The Scope Shall Be Complete In All Respects As Per The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract. , Deployment Of 05 (Five) No. Highly Skilled Av System Operators In Shift For Operation, Monitoring And Management Of The Audio-Video (Av) System At Udaan Bhawan To Ensure Uninterrupted And Continuous Functioning Of The System. The Scope Shall Include Operation Of Av Equipment During Meetings, Conferences And Other Official Events; Routine Operational Checks; Basic Troubleshooting; Coordination With The Supervising Engineer And Concerned Agencies For Preventive And Corrective Maintenance To Ensure System Availability. The Services Shall Be Provided In Accordance With The Special Conditions Of Contract (Scc). The Av Equipment Inventory Available At Site Is Provided In Annexure Inv At Page Inv-1 To Inv-9.
