Name of Work:- Annual framework/Rate contract for servicing of various capacities of captive power units (D.G sets) installed at different Water Supply Schemes of Jal Shakti (PHE) Mechanical Rural Division, Srinagar.

66Complete servicing of the D.G set with kerosene/diesel, inspection of the D.G set and checking for any loose nuts, bolts and replacing the damaged ones wherever necessary, tappet setting, checking the working of the self-starter. Complete testing of the D.G set after carrying out repairs/replacements by way of running the D.G set on no load and load. The HSD required for testing of D.G set (for half an hour) shall be provided by the firm. All the tools and tackles required for the execution of job are to be arranged and brought to the site i.e; Water Supply Scheme by the contracting agency.The servicing of the D.G set shall be conducted as per the directions of the Engineer in charge
67Repairs/replacement to 25 KVA-180 kVA D.G set by way of: - (The rates should be inclusive of rebate on account of old scrap which shall be retained by the contracting agency)

70Providing and fitting of solenoid switch to 12 V self-starter.
71Providing and fitting of carbon brush assembly to 12 V

73Providing and fitting of self-starter armature to 12 V
74Providing and fitting of self-starter field coil to 12 V
75Repairs to dynamo of D.G set by way of :
76Dismantling and re-assembling of dynamo.
77Providing and fitting of Rectifier to dynamo of DG set as per the sample.
78Providing and fitting of Cut-out (AVR) to dynamo of DG set as per sample.
79Providing and fitting of bearing set to dynamo of DG set as per the sample.
80Providing and fitting of carbon brush assembly of dynamo to DG set as per the sample.
81Providing and fitting of automotive battery with the following specification. (matching the dimensions of the slot in the DG set provided by the OEM).
