| 3 | Providing and Fitting of Gas Outlets/Inlets/Double lock outlets using skilled labour, all tools and tackle as required to carry out the job at the site. Outlets shall be of HTM 0201 BS standard, manufactured with a 165 mm length, Copper inlet pipe stub, which is silver brazed to the outlet body. The body shall be of one-piece brass construction. For positive-pressure gas services, the outlet shall be equipped with a primary and secondary check valve, and the secondary check valve shall have a break-safe mechanism, comply with EN 737 pressure test standards, and be rated at a minimum of 200 psi in the event the primary check valve is removed for maintenance. The outlet assembly should have separate colour coding for each service and shall include the corresponding gas-specific adaptors. All outlets shall be cleaned and degreased for medical gas service and factory-assembled and tested. The medical gas outlets should be of quick-connecting and panel/wall-mounted. |

| 5 | Providing and Fitting of a Back Pressure Compensated flow meter for accurate gas flow measurement with the following features to be fitted on existing Oxygen Gas outlets points.Control within a range of 0 – 15 lpm (calibration within +/- 10%). It should meet strict precision and durability standards. The flow meter body should be made of brass or chrome-plated materials. The flow tube and shroud components should be made of clear, impact-resistant polycarbonate. Flow Tube shall have a large and expanded 0 – 5 lpm range for improved readability at low flows. Inlet filter of stainless-steel wire mesh to prevent the entry of foreign particles. The humidifier bottle shall be made of unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 121 degrees Centigrade temperature. |

The unit should consist of a regulator, 600 ml Reusable collection jar, made of unbreakable polycarbonate material and fully autoclavable at 134 degree centigrade, bracket for mounting the jar assembly on the wall, along with required tubing of convenient length & diameter. The vacuum regulator shall be adjustable and have a vacuum gauge that indicates the suction supplied by the regulator. A safety trap shall be provided inside the jar to safeguard the regulator from overflowing. |

| 13 | Providing and Fitting of 0.7 mm to 1.2mm thick-below sized distribution piping for terminal units of oxygen, vacuum, and compressed Medical air, NO2,CO2 duly colour coded for respective services drawn from Solid, seamless, de-oxidised, non-arsenical, half-hard, tempered and de-greased copper pipe conforming to EN 13348: 2008. All copper pipes and fittings should be degreased & delivered capped at both ends. Copper fittings shall be made of copper and suitable for a steam working Pressure of 17 bar, and especially made for brazed socket type connections. All copper fittings fabricated from the same pipe should conform to EN 1254-1, should be factory de-greased, certified, and individually packed and identified for medical use and painting for proper colour coding. The Job includes providing and fitting plastic saddles of assorted sizes, especially for holding /supporting Gas pipe line network system, complete with all allied accessories. The saddles should be made of high-quality plastic, often polypropylene or PVC, for excellent durability and resistance to corrosion, having a curved shape that perfectly fits the diameter of the copper tube/piping, with using pre-drilled screw holes. All skilled labour, tools and tackles as required to carry out the job at the site are included |

| 16 | Providing and Fitting of Brass-type Isolation Butterfly valves having screwd ends on both sides, along with their fittings, using skilled labour, all tools and tackle as required to carry out the job at the site. These valves are to be fitted on the Gaseous Pipeline for each service point wherever required. The isolation valves should be non-lubricated, 90 (degree) turn butterfly type lever, ball type shut-off suitable for Gaseous service. All valves shall be pneumatically tested for twice the working pressure and factory degreased for medical gas service before supply. |
