Name of Work:- MTPS-II - ES- Circle-TGM&CA Division – Assembling & Dismantling of Turbine Alumina blasting steel structural shed, arresting pin hole puncture in the OLTCS punctured lines, Cleaning of MDBFP oil sump Pit and Condenser drain pit during Capital Overhauling -2026.

1Assembling & dismantling of Turbine Rotor alumina blasting steel structural shed during COH of Turbine. a) Charges for assembling & dismantling of Turbine Rotor alumina blasting steel structural shed with air exhaust line including the cost of T&P consumables etc.
2b)Charges for providing 2 Nos. of heavy duty exhaust fan are required to pull out the dust particles from the shed during alumina blasting.
3Charges for arresting pin hole puncture in the OLTCS punctured lines by MS Patch welding approx 80 mm for 1 joint by cutting the worn out area edge preparation, positioning and welding with patch up plate with T & P and consumables.
4Cleaning of MDBFP oil sump Pit and Condenser drain pit: Charges for dewatering of the sump, removal of deposited ash mud/ oil sludge with water and other foreign particles from the sump pit including hire charges for electric driven motor pump, T&P and consumables etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
