| 7 | Overhauling of Oil Vapour Extraction Fan: Charges for overhauling of Oil Vapour Extraction Fan (OVEF) after Isolation of the fan, by removing the Inlet butterfly valve and inlet spool piece, dismantling the fan end cover ,impeller shaft center bolt ,radial bolts, axial bolt, removing the shaft key and impeller, cleaning the fan internals, impeller, casing and end cover etc.., check the conditions of impeller bush clearance, repair/replacement of damaged components, replacing of fanned cover gasket and reassembling of all the parts in the correct sequence. |
