The job further includes complete overhauling and repair of the pump assembly of the submersible unit, comprising: dismantling of the pump bowl assembly; inspection and replacement/repair of impeller(s), wear rings, check nut & shaft sleeves as required; replacement of radial and thrust bearings; replacement of oil seals and mechanical seals; replacement of O-rings & all rubber/elastomeric components; thorough cleaning & inspection of the diffuser and bowl assembly; reassembly of the pump unit to OEM specifications; and re-coupling with the repaired motor. The complete unit shall be tested for satisfactory performance, leak-free operation and correct direction of rotation before handing over.
