| 3 | Inspection,Overhauling & Replacement of HP/LP Bypass Oil Pump: a) Charges for Complete dismantling of the HP/LP Bypass oil pump internals stage by stage including bearing, bush, piston etc. |

| 6 | Dismantling of the Complete Hydraulic actuator assemblies of HP Bypass control valve & LP Bypass Control Valve 'A': Charges for Moving the Piston into the bottom end position, Releasing of oil pressure from oil system, Disconnecting all connector and Hydraulic hoses from actuator, Removal of coupling locker & feedback linkage on coupling, Decoupling the piston rod from valve stem, Loosening and removing screw connection Actuator Yoke – Valve and lifting of the actuator from the valve by using the special fixture, Removing the complete Actuator unit from the HP Bypass control valve & LP Bypass Control Valve 'A' by using the special fixture including the cost of High pressure Hose assembly,consumables & T&P’S. |

Charges for Repairing/replacement of the wornout/damaged parts of HP/LP Bypass control valve and Re-Assembling of all the parts in the correct sequence with new seal kit, O Rings, gaskets and damaged hoses etc in the actuator including the cost of High pressure Hose assembly,consumables & T&P’S. |
