Supply Of passenger elevators (lift) , supply, installation, testing and commissioning of passenger elevators (lift) without machine room (machine room equipment to be integral part of lift) suitable for 15 persons operating on 415 volts, 3 phase ac supply with rear side glass stainless steel car door, all landing doors and false ceiling in hairline fi nish with automatic rescue device and as per rdso spec. no rdso/2013/em/spec/0016(rev1) -2019 or lat est, physical dimensions as under (1) load (a) persons-15 (b) kgs1020 (ii) car inside- (a) inside width- 1000 mm (b) inside depth2400 mm (iii) lift well (a) inside width- 1850 mm (b) inside depth3000 mm (iv) entranc e cab door and landing doors of 1000 mm width. each lift to be equipped with gsm based lift failure sms al ert system for lift failure communication to central control mobile, lift should be ir niyantrac compatible. emergency stop button should be provided. lift to be suitable for two floor (g+1) for fobs height 6.5m to 7 .5m from rail level and lift travel speed minimum 1.0 meter per second. warranty (period shall be for 24 mo nths from the date of successful commissioning or 30 months from the date of supply, which is earlier) othe r terms and conditions as per attached terms and condition document. note- comprehensive annual m aintenance contract (camc) of installed lifts. the camc will cover periodical servicing, maintenance, repairi ng of lifts, inclusive of all spares, material and labour cost for ten years as per and rdso specification no .r dso spec. no.rdso/2013/em/spec/0016 (rev 2)-2025 (attached). detail of camc have been attached as a mc smi document, camc will start after completion of warranty period. the camc rates are for per lift for t n years.
