This work includes for gas cutting and removal of all bolt & nuts, duct plates, guillotine channels, guides and spring seal assembly by gas cutting and cleaning, grinding the cutting and Gouging portions and edge preparation for welding and devolution of retrieved materials to stores. Inclusive Consumables and T&P’s. (1 Assy consists of 10 Nos) |
| 6 | Renewal of spring seal Assembly with new/same one: This work includes fabrication of seal setting plates as required sizes, drilling holes (12mm dia) in the seal setting plates, cleaning, grinding, edge preparation, fixing the new/same seal assembly with setting plate and positioning with the gate blade and tack welding with duct, checking the alignment and full weld and checking the operation. Inclusive Consumables and T&P’s. The required MS plates are given by TNPGCL. |
| 7 | Renewal / Rectification of damaged/worn out seal Assembly in damper blades (SAD) by new/same one: work involves cutting and removing the damaged seals along with seal setting plate, cleaning and gouching the surface by grinding, fixing of new/same seal assemblies by welding damaging damper blades. |
| 8 | Charges for cleaning the outer surface of Gates (PAG 3 & 4, GG-05 to GG-16) and painting with one coat of Red oxide paint 2 coats ofenamel paint. |
| 9 | Charges for Leading, lifting and transporting of Iron and steel materials from stores to site. |
