| 1 | Attending day to day/daily complaints by employed skilled staff, checking the serviceability of fan coil units and Air Conditioners of any capacity for having continuous serviceability of FCU/ AC for any number of times as desired by Engr-in-Charge including renewal of minor spare parts like gasket, Electronic boards and components, Teflon tape, flare nut, tightening of any loose glycol connections, shifting FCU/ AC from one place to another place if required, heating up the freezed glycol line anywhere about the premises to have continuous flow of glycol fluid, repairing the insulation pipes of any size by providing shallow pipe/ GI pipe as deemed fit for failing the insulation of pipe line, tightening the loose electrical connections as related with FCU/ AC, heating system, cleaning the air filter including radiator of FCU to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as directed. (i) Attending complaints of different nature in a single day in entire Grn including ops room and MI room will be considered one job.(ii) Any renewal of major parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch A.(iii) Any nature of complaints related to FCU, radiator, bursting /cracking/leakage MS pipe lines, renewal of valves etc will be completed round the clock by skilled tradesman (welder with suitable T&P including potable heating materials, skilled mech of CHS, plumber/fitter with helper, supervisor).(iv) Job slip will be maintained by the contractor supervisor under the supervision of JE E/M.(v) Any delay, of more than 48 hrs from intimation, in attending complaints will be reported to higher authorities and a recovery of Rs 1000 will be deducted from contractor. |
