Name of Work:- Sub:-Carrying out On call maintenance of all types of 100T dumpers and water sprinklers at Dumper Parking and Mounting, Demounting, Repairing, Maintenance and other Work related to CAT777D-100T Converted water sprinklers(03 No), 03 No BH100T(Coal Body) and 04 No BWS 70kL water sprinklers of Amlohri Project for a period of 365 Days. 4Repairing of final drive /brake assembly of 01 side of dumper/WT.
5Repairing of vibration damper, Torque Convertor, Power Take Off unit and its related parts
6Mounting and demounting of hydraulic pump/steering pump/charging pump/centrifugal pump and motor.
7Repairing of suspension/hoist cylinder/steering cylinder
8Mounting, demounting, bush changing of tie rod or radial rod or steering cylinder
9Lubricant checking of dumpers/water sprinklers in workshop in both shift
10Weekly checking of dumper/water sprinkler with nut bolt checking, universal joint checking,suspension checking and through checking of 01 dumper/Water sprinkler per day.(inclusive of 01No skilled X 01No semi-skilled X 01No un-skilled manpower X 01No shift)
11On call maintenance crew to reach site/machine immediately to attend all types of breakdown round the clock like running breakdown, any breakdown due to incorrect use of machine, accidents, natural disaster of these 100T dumpers, water sprinklers at dumper parking and mine area.(inclusive of 02Nos Skilled (fitter) X 01Nos skilled( Electrician)X 03shifts)
12Highly skilled supervisor to manage all jobs, supervise all maintenance activities in dumper parking and mine area, intimate breakdown reports to workshop and OITDS, create breakdown reports in OľTDS system, analyse first information and communicate all breakdown reports of 100T dumpers, 190T dumpers, check safety standards of work, maintain job handover, safety records (as per latest standards of NCL ),maintain records of availability and utilisation of dumpers and all miscellaneous activities in dumper parking and mine area in all three shifts.(inclusive of 02No Highly skilled manpower X 03Nos shifts )
13Tools and tackles(including safety devices, jigs and fixtures etc.) to be provided by contractor for 365 days.
