| 1 | Charges for removing the motor, delivery pipeline, dismantling and lifting CT basin sump pumps from the sump stage wise including hire charges for T&P's and required Consumables. |
| 2 | Charges for dismantling of CT basin sump pumps stagewise of Head shaft, Intermediate shaft, Pump shaft , bearings, bearing bush, Bearing Holder, Impeller and thorough cleaning and re-assembling after replacing of worn-out parts including hire charges for T&P's and required Consumables. |
| 3 | Charges for cleaning the damaged threaded portion, removal of the fatigue material in the damaged portion by grinding/ machining and welding with required Tig filler welding electrode to be built up by considering the criticality of the base material composition and machining of released head shaft and pump shaft of CT basin sump pumps A&B including cost of welding rods, shaft sleeve and coupling. Welding should be carried out with unique welding procedure combined with required preheating, maintaining inter pass temperature and heat insulation to avoid cracks during welding. |
| 4 | Charges for reconditioning of pump casing in bearing seating areas and impeller by assessing the damages, under cutting, metal filling, and machining to required sizes including cost of shaft, required Consumables (will be carried out outside the site) |

| 6 | Charges for fabrication of 150 NB MS flange out of 20 mm thick M S plate including hire charges for T&P's and required Consumables.(MS plate will be supplied by TNPGCL) |
| 7 | Charges for cutting , welding and machining of new column pipes & face out the column flanges for replacing of corroded column pipes and to suit with existing column pipes etc ., including hire charges for T&P's and required Consumables.(Material will be supplied by TNPGCL). |

| 9 | Charges for reconditioning of cast iron tool piece and boring and machining the suitable cast iron sleeve out of the cast material, including pattern making, moulding, marking and Jig drilling, etc. |
| 10 | Charges for assembling of pump and re erection in the sump and refixing motor, replacing worn-out flange gaskets, overhauling of lubrication system and trial run of pump including hire charges for T&P's and required Consumables. |
