| 2 | Cost of Non - Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of solar plant of total installed capacity of 3.86 MWp as per the list installed at the roof top of the building that includes routine , preventive & break down maintenance for period of One year as per the scope and detailed specifications. The Contractor should deploy team of 1 Engineer and required no. of manpower for carrying out the preventive and breakdown maintenance as per the schedule for the entire period of contract. Any additional manpower required for attending breakdowns shall be in the scope of the contractor.Inverters will be covered under warranty by IIT, Madras and co ordinating with the OEM for rectification/ replacement of the Inverters under warranty is under the scope of the contractor. |
| 3 | Supply and installation of DCR make Solar Photovoltaic Module of required capacity consisting Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells manufactured in India as per the latset ALMM List of MNRE conforming to IS14286/IEC61215, IS/IEC61730-Part-1, IS/IEC61730-Part-2.Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. Make and model shall be got approved before supply. |
| 4 | Supply and cabling of 4 Sq.mm DC Solar copper cable from Solar panels to the DCDB with proper cable dressing with suitable cable tie in the already available channel/PVC pipe/GI duct etc at solar power plants available in various buildings.. |
| 5 | Supply and providing suitable MC4 connectors for DC cabling as required in the DC array part upto DCDB at solar power plants available in various buildings. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing of following 32 mm medium class PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface/rececess/wall/floor/structure including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit is required at solar power plants available in various buildings. |
| 7 | Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of cumulative capacity of Solar Grid Tie Inverter as per the attached Technical Specification to IIT Madras. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of transportation, taxes and all other charges. Capacity of the Individual inverter will be informed during the tenure of the contract as and when required. Approved Make : Sungrow/ Delta/ Polycab/ Hitachi/ Deye Make and model shall be got approved before supply. |
