| 1 | M&L for Mechanized cleaning / cutting of shrubs, grass vegetation etc at runway shoulders / adjoining areas by providing 02 tractors with jungle jim including one driver for each tractor in single shift of 08 hours per day (including weekly off and holidays) including fuel, lubricant etc. keeping proper record of tractor run in log sheet on daily basis, and overall record in serially machine numbered pages of log book duly certified and all as directed by Engineer-in-chargeNote :-(i) Tractor with connected jungle jim shall not run more than 08 hours in a day. (ii) Payment shall be done on daily hour run basis signed by user(iii) Both tractors shall run simultaneously. For payment purposes, Average of actually run hours at site by both tractors shall be considered as one unit. Tenderer is hereby advised to keep this factor in mind before quoting the rates.(iv) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of fuel and lubricant required for both tractors. Maintenance/repair of tractor and jungle jim, if any, shall be the liability of the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(v) Log sheet and log book (comprising of serially machine numbered pages as per sample kept in the office of Engineer-in-Charge) shall be provided by the contrator without any extra cost to Deptt. Tenderers are hereby advised to keep this factor in mind before quoting the rates. |
| 2 | Cutting grass / shrubs / bushes etc. above ground level manually or by mechanical grass cutter including removing pebbles / stone pieces and grass / shrubs / bushes etc. to out side the defence land and clearing the entire area complete all as specified and directed. Note The contractor shall provide minimum two mazdoor with two grass cutter machines for execution of work described in item above, so as to complete the task as per directions of AF staff during non flying period. The contractor shall quote his rates keeping aspect in mind that labour may be idle and nothing extra shall be admissible to contractor on this account. |

| 6 | Supply and fixing PPR pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16), outer dia 75 mm, 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stablized) ISI marked, IS -15801, complete of size complete all as specified and directed . |
| 7 | Supply, Installation, hoisting and fixing in position of sign board made up of solid 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet of any size and shape including necessary cleats / brackets / rivets / nuts bolts as required at site for hanging arrangement of PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.Note :-(a) Size of board shall be as per site requirement. Nothing extra shall be admissible on account of wastage of sheet, if any. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing high intensity prismatic retro-Reflective Sheeting Series 3930 of Approved colour / shade fixed on PVC sheet fully covered including letter writing information / logo with same sheeting computerised cut in approved colour / shade . The letters approximately covering up to 50 % area of the board complete all as specified and directed. | 9 | M&L for repair/replacement of DTGM of three sides arranged in triangular shape of (1200mm each), black aluminium composite panel (ACP)/Polycarbonate panel of 4mm thick to withstand temperature variation from extreme cold environments to sweatering hot conditions and meet the frangibility requirements to be used for fabrication of vertical faces of the markers. Top surface of DTGM board also covered with ACP sheet. Panels are to be screwed/bolted individually on existing metal. on top of inner side of vertical panels bracing of aluminium support/ stiffener section of existing size to be fixed for support. The height of vertical faces of the DTGM will be 1500mm of each face, a equal margin to be left from top and bottom, thereafter the inner area will be used for writing the numerals/letter with red retro reflecting tape. The height of the letter/numeral to be same whereas the width may vary for each letter/numeral the same needs to be evenly distributed by leaving equal margin on both sides complete all as specified and directed. M&L for disconnecting from the existing location cutting off worn out aluminium cable end and Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core including taking out existing cable of any size.
