| 1 | Supplying, mixing, and placing foamed concrete of nominal density 1200 kg/m³ using Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC 43/53 grade), Fly Ash Class F, clean potable water, and a suitable preformed foaming agent. The mix shall be prepared by producing a cementitious slurry (cement + fly ash + water), into which stable preformed foam is uniformly blended to achieve the specified density. The foamed concrete shall be mixed using an approved mixer, and foam shall be generated using a foam generator compatible with the foaming agent, ensuring uniform cell structure and density throughout the mix. The work includes batching, mixing, foam generation, density control (fresh density target: 1200 ± 25 kg/m³), pouring / placement into designated area at all levels and curing for a minimum of 10 days by moist curing or water spraying all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Providing and laying roof insulation for buildings as specified inclusive of surface preparation, labour, tools, equipment, material etc., all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, consisting of the following. The materials involved in this item of work shall meet the specifications specified in the agreement and manufacturer specificationsa) Applying primer using single component Reactive Thermoplastic surface cross linked liquid primer, at a rate of 200 -250 g/m2 b) Applying minimum two coats of single-component Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) modified vinyl acetate-based polymer flexible liquid waterproof coating with total average dry film thickness (DFT) of 1.0mm. c) Laying light weight foam concrete to minimum slope of 1 : 80 with minimum density of 1200 kg/m3, compressive strength minimum 4 MPa and thermal conductivity less than 0.4 W/m*K including required foaming agent and additives.d) Laying minimum 75mm thickness screed concrete of grade M20. e) Laying pre-painted 3 layered factory manufactured, specially formulated TPO membrane with bottom layer consists of strong TPO polymer base, centre layer with High strength polyester-reinforced scrim fabric and Top layer with Tough thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) compound ply. The paint shall be done with Sure weld White 60 mil with whole assembly measuring to minimum 1.5mm thick. Note : 1. Ponding test in Roof terrace shall be performed as per the directions of EIC. 2. Foam concrete per unit will be paid under relevant item in the SOQ.3. Grouting (if required) to arrest the leakage will be paid under relevant item in the SOQ. 10 years Guarantee period from the date of completion of work shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and materials provided. |
| 3 | Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 4 | Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility.2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. |
| 5 | Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item.Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Note: 1. Reinforcement will be measured and paid under relevant item. 2. Holes fouling with embedded steel shall be grouted at your own cost. |
| 8 | Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels including ceiling with Acrylic emulsion paint for External (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted. |
| 10 | Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe550D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. | 11 | Grouting at and around penetrations, construction joints and at all locations as specified in the drawing including necessary scaffolding, drilling holes of specified diameter, supply of grout material, PVC pipe nozzle, fixing, providing all necessary equipment like mixer and pump, manpower etc., all complete required to grout at specified pressure, cutting the pipes after setting of grout, sealing, finishing the surface to achieve required leak-tightness to the satisfaction of the EIC. Only quantity of grout injected shall be measured and paid for. This item is not intended for repair works falling under the scope of contractor for concreting works. |

| 13 | Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runers, conection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safely features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
