| 2 | Supply, fabrication, testing, registration, and commissioning of 3000 litres (3.00 KL) Truck Mounted Super suction machine equiped with high vacuum suction system for sewer cleaning, de-silting of manholes, soak pits, septic tanks, sludge removal and other materials, from a depth of about approximately 8 metres, complete in all respects. The vacuum pump shall have free airflow rating of 1200m3/hour and shall be capable of achieving maximum vacuum upto 6000 mm (water column) i.e. vacuum pressure of 60% during suction. The vehicle model shall be of minimum engine power of 100 HP and shall be suitable for mounting suction equipment. The sludge tank shall be fabricated using 6 mm thick mild steel plates conforming to IS 2062 Grade 'A' standards, including outlet-inlet arrangements with valves and complete fitting. |
